Abstract: 2017年10月に尾瀬ヶ原湿原で採集されたDaphnia6個体の12S rRNAのDNA塩基配列を調べたところ,2つのミトタイプが検出された.この配列をさまざまなDaphnia種と比較したところ,D. dentiferaの塩基配列に最も近いことがわかった.さらに,近隣地域で採集された個体との分子系統関係を調べたところ,近隣の栃木や福島の池沼で採集されたD. dentifera個体とクレードを形成した.この結果から,尾瀬ヶ原で採集された個体はD. dentiferaであり,尾瀬を含む南東北のD. dentifera個体群と北東北や三陸・中部地域との個体群の間では,現在,遺伝子交流がほとんどないことが示唆された.
This study examined genetically Daphnia specimens collected in October 2017 at Ozegahara mire (Gunma Prefecture) to identify species and to clarify phylogenetic relationships Daphnia individuals collected in the vicinity areas. The DNA sequence of 12S rRNA was congruent with those of D. dentifera. A phylogenetic analysis with D. dentifera specimens collected mainly in the Japan Islands showed that the specimens collected in Ozegahara mire were clustered with those collected in the north Tohoku area, including Fukushima Prefecture. The result suggests low gene flow between the current populations in the north-Tohoku and other areas in Japan.
