Abstract: 尾瀬において氷雪藻の調査を実施した.その結果,以前に尾瀬から報告されていた緑藻4種[Chlainomonas sp.(=Chlamydomonas bolyaiana in Fukushima 1963),Chodatella brevispina F. E. Fritsch,Oocystis lacustris f. nivalis Chodat sensu Fukushima,および Scotiella nivalis(Chodat)F.E. Fritsch]に加え,新たに緑藻Chloromonas spp.,緑藻Sanguina nivaloides Procházková et al.,および黄金色藻Ochromonas smithii Fukushimaを確認した.分子系統解析の結果,Oocystis lacustris f. nivalisはクロロモナス系統群(緑藻綱, ボルボックス目)の新規系統であることが明らかとなった.Chloromonas spp.とOchromonas smithiiの分子解析は実施しなかった.
We carried out the field survey for snow-inhabiting microalgae in Oze. We found the four species of green algae which were previously reported from Oze [Chlainomonas sp. (=Chlamydomonas bolyaiana in Fukushima 1963), Chodatella brevispina F. E. Fritsch, Oocystis lacustris f. nivalis sensu Fukushima, and Scotiella nivalis (Chodat) F. E. Fritsch]. In addition, we recognized Chloromonas spp., Sanguina nivaloides Procházková et al., and Ochromonas smithii Fukushima as new additions to the flora of Oze. Our molecular phylogenetic analysis revealed that Oocystis lacustris f. nivalis sensu Fukushima represents a novel lineage within the Chloromonas lineage (Volvocales, Chlorophyceae). Molecular analyses for Chloromonas spp. and Ochromonas smithii were not conducted in this study.
