Abstract: 2017年8月に尾瀬ヶ原の39池溏の表層水を採水し,水系腐植物質(AHS)の質と量を測定した.また頻発化している洪水の影響について考察を行なった.溶存有機物(DOM)濃度は平均6.6mg C L-1,AHS濃度は平均4.5mg C L-1であった.DOMに占めるAHSの割合は平均66.5%と高く,DOMの多くをAHSが占めることがわかった.三次元励起蛍光スペクトル−PARAFAC法により3つのAHS様成分を検出した;Oze-2(励起波長(Ex)/蛍光波長(Em)= <252,321/435nm),Oze-1(Ex/Em = <252, 339/494 nm),Oze-3(Ex/Em = <252/396).重回帰分析により,AHSの量と質に関する値はpHおよび平均水深と負の相関,浮葉植物被度と正の相関を示した.また,洪水の影響については,洪水影響が大きい池溏でAHSの割合が減少し,成分Oze-3の割合が増加することが示された.このような洪水によるAHSの量と質の変化は湿原生態系にとって重要であり,今後さらにモニタリングを続け検討する必要がある.
To measure the quantity and quality of aquatic humic substances(AHS) in 39 bog pools in Ozegahara mire, the surface waters were collected in August 2017. Additionally, we discussed the impacts of frequently flooding in the quantity and quality of AHS. Dissolved organic matter(DOM) and AHS concentrations were mean 6.6 mg C L-1 and 4.5 mg C L-1, respectively. AHS accounted for mean 66.5% of DOM, indicating that the waters in bog pools was rich in AHS. Three AHS-like components were detected using a three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix combined with parallel factor analysis(EEM-PARAFAC): Oze-2(excitation wavelength(Ex)/emission wavelength(Em)= <252, 321/435 nm),Oze-1(Ex/Em = <252, 339/494 nm),Oze-3(Ex/Em = <252/396). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the quantity and quality of AHS were significantly negative correlation with pH and mean water depth, and positive correlation with coverage of floating-leaved plants. Moreover, in frequently flooded pool, decrease of AHS ratio to DOM and increase of Oze-3 ratio to AHS were found. Such alterations of AHS quantity and quality were very important for peatland ecosystems, and need to monitor and investigate further in bog pools of Ozegahara mire.
