| Abstract: | 消防隊員の熱中症を予防するための基礎資料を得るために，夏季の外気温を想定した3種類の温熱条件（35℃，30℃，25℃；湿度70％）下で，消火活動模擬実験を行った．その実験では，消火活動装備品を装着した男性消防隊員16名が，自転車エルゴメータペダリング運動による模擬消火活動を実施した時の生理的反応と自覚的感覚を測定した.許容温度（耳内温：39． 0℃）に上昇するまでの時間と発汗量は，35℃の温熱条件下では20．0分と2．5㎏／h，30℃で26．6分と2．O kg／hであった.25℃では，実験上限時間の40分経過時点で平均台内温が38．5℃，発汗量が1，7kg／hであった，BorgスケールのRPEと温熱感覚には温熱条件による有意差（p〈0．05）が認められた.また，曝首はそれぞれ歯内温と有意な（p〈0．001）正相関を示した．30℃以上の環境下で長時間消火活動を行う場合は，着衣の見直し，身体冷却及び飲水や休憩等の対策を講じることが必要であると考えられる. |
