| Abstract: | 本研究は, 小学校高学年（5・6年生）を担任している12名の教師を対象に, 児童からみた授業評価（態度得点）の高い教師（上位群）とそうでない教師（下位群）, および教職経験年数の多い教師（ベテラン群 : 16～27年）とそうでない教師（中堅群 : 6～9 年）とに振り分け, 「授業中の出来事（予測・制御できる出来事とそうでない出来事の双方を合わせた事件・事柄）」に対する気づきとそれにもとづく「推論一対処」を質的側面および量的側面から比較・検討することを目的とした。その結果, 教師の「授業中の出来事」に対する気づきは, 態度得点および経験年数からみた熟練度の相違の影響を強く受けることが認められた。 | | This research was conducted on twelve teachers in charge of primary 5 and 6 grade (age 11 and 12). The teachers were categorized according to the lesson evaluation given by the pupils (attitude score) into those with a high score and those with a low score and the number of years of teaching experience into those with a long experience (16～27 years) and those without a long experience (6～9 years). A comparison and examination were made quantitatively and qualitatively of how they noticed "c1ass events" (including ordinary events that can be expected). From all of the result, it was found that the awareness of "class events" in lessons is strongly impacted by the professional expertise from view of attitude score and career experience. |
