Abstract: The asymmetric arylation of imines with aryl boronic acids was realized by using rhodium/chiral bidentate phosphoramidite ligand ((R, R)-N-Me-BIPAM). This method affords a direct access to chiral α-amino acids in good yield with high enantioselectivities.
