| Abstract: | 傷病の治療には，自己決定の範囲をある程度制約することによって，完治
の可能性を患者は得るというトレードオフが必要である。外来受診科から始
まる治療の実施は，「簡易な」インフォームド・コンセントだけで済む場合が
ある。急場を凌ぐ治療開始のために「簡易な」それが実施され，その後，「厳
格な」それが実施される場合もある。どちらも有効ではない場合もある。治
療拒否の場合，医療者は温情的パターナリズムの立場を取って患者を説得す
べきである。 |
