| Abstract: | 特別支援学校には，自立活動（1999 年以前については「養護・訓練」）という領域が設けられている。本稿では，我が国の肢体不自由教育おける自立活動指導者の専門性に関する研究を概観した。また，今後の研究方向についても展望した。その結果，肢体不自由教育における自立活動（養護・訓練）の内容は，児童生徒・学校・地域・社会の実態によって変遷が見られた。また，キーパーソンとしての指導者像も変化してきた。近年は，外部専門家として理学療法士（PT）・作業療法士（OT）・言語聴覚士（ST）・看護師などの導入が推進され，その有用性が認められているが，課題も多い。一方，自立活動（養護・訓練）教諭は特別支援学校の常勤教員である。このため，児童生徒，教職員と密接な関係性を構築した上で指導を行うことができる。自立活動教諭の教育実践についてはいまだ研究が少ないが，今後の研究によって肢体不自由教育についての寄与が期待される。 | | Jiritsu-katsudo，Yogo-kunren before1999， in the school for special needs education is provided． This research take a general view of the specialty of “Jiritsu-katsudo” teachers in education for the physically handicapped of our country and overview the research direction in the future． As a result，“Jiritsu-katsudo” in education for the physically handicapped seen by the realities of students， schools， communities and society． Also， as keyperson teachers also has changed． In recent years the introduction of external experts， such as physical therapist， occupational therapist， speech therapist， nurse， recognized the usefulness of those challenges． On the other hand，“Jiritsu-katsudo-kyoyu” full-time faculty members， can be involved in the guidance on students， faculty and staff and close relationship． Research about “Jiritsu-katsudo-kyoyu” have expected the contribution for education by future research. |
