| Abstract: | 玄応音義は，完本で25巻，約9,430の掲出項がある。玄応音義は現存する最古の仏典音義であり，唐代初期の漢字音が反映されていることから，中国語学で重視されている。さらに，450以上の仏典を収録することから，当時通行していた仏典の種類や内容を知る手がかりとして，仏教学においても重要なものである。玄応音義には主に日本の写本（手書き）と中国の版本（木版印刷）が現存する。またフランス・イギリス・ドイツ・ロシアには敦煌・吐魯蕃から渡来した古写本の断片群が保管されている。従来，玄応音義中国版本にについての研究が盛んにされてきたが，それに対して，玄応音義日本古
写本については，未だ研究する余地が大いにあると言える。よって，それを含めて調査を行い，玄応音義の日本古写本を検討する必要がある。本論文は，主に中国に現存する玄応音義版本における先行研究をまとめ，それにより，日本古写本の研究方針を定めることを目的とするものである。 |
