| Abstract: | 社会科学系の学部のみを有する私立大学の学部学生向けに，サイエンスカフェ，サイエンスツアーを組み合わせた正課外の自然科学教育を5年間にわたり学内の資金援助を得て組織的に行った．資金援助終了後は経常経費内で取り組みの継続を模索している．これらの取り組みは，正課での自然科学教育が縮小する傾向のある中で，社会科学系専攻の学生の科学リテラシーの向上と科学への興味の涵養を目指すものである．一部の参加学生はイベントに積極的に取り組み，提示された話題， 見学内容を自らに関連した問題として捉えることができた． |
| Rights: | We organized extracurricular natural science education that combines science cafe and science tour for undergraduate students of private university with only social science-related faculties. These events were carried out with financial assistance from the university for five years. After completion of financial assistance, we are considering continuing our efforts within ordinary expenses. Under the circumstances where science education in the curriculum is decreasing, it aims to improve the scientific literacy of students of the social sciences majors and to cultivate interest in science. Some participants aggressively worked on these events and were able to grasp the presented topics and the contents of the cafe and tour as issues related to themselves. |
