| Abstract: | 北大教育学部創設期の1952（昭和27）年，教育衛生講座と特殊教育講座が設置され，まず，奥田三郎教授が教育衛生講座を担当することになった。教育衛生講座は，学校衛生，精神衛生，衛生教育によって構成され，特殊教育講座と合わさって研究・教育が行われた。その後，衛生教育領域は健康教育として独自に歩みをすすめた。1993（平成５）年に，教育臨床心理学講座が設置されたことにより，学校衛生と精神衛生の領域は，不登校，いじめ，児童虐待，人間発達援助職の自己教育など，学校教育，家族支援，地域支援の諸問題に関わる教育臨床心理学・臨床教育学と称して研究・教育が進展した。さらに，2011（平成23）年の大学院組織改編により，臨床心理士有資格教員を配置する臨床心理学講座が設置され臨床心理士養成がはじまった。しかし，2017（平成29）年，北大の教員人件費ポイント削減により教育臨床心理学担当教員人事が凍結され，学部講義「教育臨床心理学」は廃止された。 |
