| Abstract: | 本研究の目的は，インタビューによって得られたナラティヴを分析することを通して，高等学校の新任教員が，日々何に悩み，何によって支えられているのかを明らかにすることにある。
新任教員が入職してからどのような経験を踏まえてどのような思いや気づきがあったのか時系列で知るため，2名の新任教員に複数回インタビューを実施した。質問項目は，それぞれのインタビュー時期において，つらいことや苦しいこと，あるいは困難であると感じた出来事は何か，また喜びややりがいは何かである。
新任教員は，教員になって初めて，生徒との関係構築よりも先輩との関係構築が一番困難なことであることに気づき，同僚との関係構築を一番の気がかりとしていた。そして，関係性を築くことができなければ，教職遂行がスムーズにいかないとも考えていた。
また，新任教員から先輩への関係構築の働きかけをしても，先輩からの理不尽な言葉や行動で，教員という職業に対してまで，否定的な気持ちにもなっている。すなわち，同僚（先輩）が，新任教員が教職を遂行する上でのプラスの作用になってはいないということであり，新任教員にとっては同僚との関係構築が，避けて通ることのできない大きな課題となっている。
しかし，「同僚」は，一方で，新任教員を支える存在になることもこの研究によって明らかとなった。多くの場面で新任教員を気遣い，良き気付きを与えている存在として「同僚」や「管理職」がいた。そのような「同僚」や「管理職」の存在が、新任教員の教職遂行を支えていた。
同僚の支援が得られにくい高等学校においても，「同僚」や「管理職」が，新任教員の支えとなっていることは，「新任教員への支援」を考えるときの良き示唆となる。 | | The purpose of this study is to clarify what kind of problems make novice teachers suffering from, and what kind of support help them in high school from Narrative analysis.
I conducted multiple interviews with the novice teachers in order to know what kind of experience they had spent since they started working in high school in chronological order.
The question items are, at each interview time, what are the hardships, pains, or events that they feel difficult, and what are the joys and rewards.
They realized it was more difficult to build relationship with their seniors than with their students, therefore they found it was the most difficult factor to build relationship with their seniors.
In addition, even if the novice teachers make efforts to build relationships with their seniors, unreasonable words and actions from the seniors have also made them feel negative about the profession of teachers.
However, this research also revealed that "colleagues" would be one of the factors to support novice teachers. There were "colleagues" and "managerial positions" who cared about the new teacher in many situations and gave good awareness. The existence of such "colleagues" and "managerial positions" supported the new teaching staff's teaching duties.
Even in high school where it is difficult to get support from colleagues, the fact that "colleagues" and "managerial positions" are supporting novice teachers is a good suggestion for you when considering "support for novice teachers" |
