| Abstract: | 本論は、「精神障害者は病や障害をいかに生きているのか」という研究の主幹となる調査の一端を報告するものであり、第3報となる。本研究は、精神障害を生き抜く“高倉さん”の生きられた経験に学ぶ事例報告である。方法は、非構造化面接を用いたインタビュー法を用いた。本研究は、一人一人のユニークな「生きられた経験」を聴きとり、語られた物語から「多様性を認め」合うケアの視点を考察することを研究目的としている。つまり、ケアの担い手として応答せずにはいられない、物語の発見にある。高倉さんは、『一生に誰でもいろんなことがあって、不幸な経験はあるものだから仕方ない』といって『割り切ろうとする』生き方をしていた。自分が弱かったからと病気の原因を自分に帰結させる不動の物語を紡ぐ高倉さんにとって、生きていくなかで経験してきた精神病・精神障害は、己を貫く表現形であり他者（環境）とのつながりを保つ方略とも捉えられた。また、「当事者同士じゃないと」という生きられた経験からは、ケアの原点ともいえる応答責任が教示された。 | | This study is 3rd report and poses the question “how does a survivor's story mean to individuals who have experienced mental health issues, trauma, and extreme states?” The case study of Takakurasan, a survivor, who experienced mental health issues, trauma, and extreme states was explored here. An informal interview was conducted with Takakurasan to explore perspectives of caring to respect differences and recognize diversity through the unique lived experience of an individual. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to discover narratives of being unable to be without caregivers’ responses. The way of Takakurasan's life was trying to divide. He said it can't be helped because everyone has unhappy experiences and difficulties during their lives. He told the obstinacy story to attribute the cause of his illness to his weaknesses. His lived experiences with mental health issues seems like to be a strategy to sustain himself and continue reconnecting to other environments. Furthermore, it appeared that the core of caring may be a responsibility as to be not able to understand each other unless peers. |
