| Abstract: | 本論は、「精神障害者は病や障害をいかに生きているのか」という研究の主幹となる調査の一端を報告するものであり、第一報に続くものである。本研究は、精神障害を生き抜く“さくらさん”の生きられた経験に学ぶ事例報告である。方法は、非構造化面接を用いたインタビュー法を用いた。本研究は、一人一人のユニークな「生きられた経験」を聴きとり、語られた物語から「多様性を認め」合うケアの視点を考察することを研究目的としている。つまり、ケアの担い手として応答せずにはいられない、物語の発見にある。今が一番幸せというさくらさんは、病気のことを常に意識していて、周りから後ろ指指されないように、毎日毎日、楽しく過ごせたらいいな、と語っていた。さくらさんの物語は、病いを生きるわけではなく、病気になって得た、「何もなしに終わる」かけがえのない今の暮らしを生きることの意味を、ケアの担い手に教示するものであった。 | | This follow-up research report examines the significance of survivor experiences in relation to mental health issues, trauma and extreme situations based on informal discussions with a survivor called Sakurasan. The study focused on the perspectives of openness and recognition of diversity via the unique life experiences of the individual and on the study of narratives relating to the need for responses from caregivers. Sakurasan stated a current state of peace of mind despite a constant consciousness of her mental illness and a desire to live a safe and enjoyable life without constant criticism. Her narrative revealed a precious problem-free existence rather than a life ruled by mental illness. |
