| Abstract: | 教師とスクールカウンセラーが協働して行う生徒に対する支援のなかで、教師はどのような協働を良いものと捉えているのか、そのプロセスや促進要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。教員経験が豊富な男性中学校教師3名にインタビュー調査を行い、結果を複線径路・等至性モデリング、KJ法で分析した。良い協働の背景には、教師がスクールカウンセラーに対して強い信頼感を持っていること、スクールカウンセラーが教員に積極的な姿勢で働きかけていることなどがあると明らかになった。また、教師とスクールカウンセラーは相互的な支え合いのもと生徒の支援をしていたことや、コンサルテーションのみで協働をしない場合よりも支援の質が高いことが推察された。 |
| Rights: | The purpose of the study was to identify the processes and facilitating factors that teachers perceive as good in the collaboration between teachers and school counselors in their support for students. Three male junior high school teachers with extensive teaching experience were interviewed, and the results were analyzed using the TEM ( Trajectory Equifinality Modeling), and KJ methods. It was revealed that good collaboration was due to the teachers’ strong trust in the school counselor and the school counselor’s positive attitude toward the teachers. It was also inferred that teachers and school counselors supported students based on mutual support and that the quality of support was higher than in the case of consultation only and no collaboration. |
