| Abstract: | 本研究では，子どもたちと日常的にかかわっている養護教諭が，保健室になんとなく来室する子どもをどのように見立て，関わっているのかを明らかにすることを目的としてインタビュー調査を行った。その中で養護教諭は，中学生がなんとなく保健室に来室する背景として【集団の中の「自分」】が関わっていると見立てていた。中学生は保健室での時間を【集団の中での「自分」】と向き合う機会にしたり，逆に，向き合うことや自分像を作ることから逃れる機会にしていると考えられた。【保健室の力】や【学校における養護教諭】の存在がそれを支えていると思われた。養護教諭は【経験に基づく視点】や【中学生と向き合う姿勢】を持ちながら，【中学生との距離感】を測りつつ関わっていた。子どもに寄り添い，生きる力を高めようと日々向き合っている養護教諭の見立てと関わりによって，【保健室の力】もより効果的に作用していると考えられる。 |
