Most of large international publishers such as Elsevier and Springer and 94% of academic journals permit authors to share their article on institutional repository like HUSCAP (Survey by University of Nottingham).Since in many cases, authors can share only author's manuscript instead of final published version, submit your manuscript files for HUSCAP.
Some publishers for example, American Institute of Physics(AIP), American Physical Society(APS), IEEE, permit authors to share published PDF, and open access publishers like PLOS and BioMed Central publish articles under creative commons license (for example, CC-BY) therefore also authors can share published PDF.
In principle, HUSCAP team will check open access policy of each publisher, also you may check the policy by using following web sites.
