Abstract: 本研究では、2015 年に作成をした検査行動アセスメントの尺度(TBC)の統計分析及び臨床適用上の課題を受けて(岡田ら、2015;田邊ら、2017)、ASD 及び低年齢の子ども向けに、「言語面」「運動面」の下位尺度の追加、項目の削除、修正などの改定をおこなった(TBC-R)。また、就学前児童の認知発達の評価に、最近刊行されたWPPSI-Ⅲが有用であるかどうか、検討の必要があった。本研究では、日本版WPPSI-Ⅲ、TBC-R(改訂版)を就学前児童に適用したが、その事例を通してWPPSI-Ⅲ及びTBC-R の有用性と臨床適用上の課題を検討した。
In previous studies (okada et al., 2016; Tanabe, et al.,2017, Tanabe & Okada, 2018), the test-taking behavior checklist (TBC) of Wecshlerʼs scales for children with developmental disabilities was developed and investigated in terms of the statistical analysis and clinical utility. Based on the statistical and clinical issues from previous studies, two subscales of “verbal expression” and “motor skills” were included and some items were revised (The TBC-Revised; TBC-R). WPPSI-Ⅲ was recently introduced in Japan, and psychologists are beginning to use it on preschool children with developmental disabilities. In this study, WPPSI-Ⅲ and TBC-R were used to assess a child who might have specific cognitive delay. Through the case study, the clinical utility and the problems of WPPSI-Ⅲ and TBC-R were discussed.
