| Abstract: | 本論は、「精神障害者は病や障害をいかに生きているのか」という研究の主幹となる調査の一端を報告するものである。本研究は、精神障害を生き抜く“にいちゃん”の生きられた経験に学ぶ事例報告である。方法は、非構造化面接を用いるインタビュー調査である。本研究は、一人一人のユニークな「生きられた経験」を聴きとり、語られた物語から「多様性を認め」合うケアの視点を考察することを研究目的としている。分析の結果、“他者のまなざしに自身の病いを見る”、“「こんにちは」に応えること”、“いつの間にか”、“おかげさま”、“ひたすらしょうがなしに「待つ」”―以上、5 つの生きられた経験の意味が見出された。 | | This study presents a case study of a survivor's history to a Niichan who experienced mental health issues, trauma, and extreme states. I used informal interviews in this study. This case study focuses on the perspectives of caring to opened and recognized diversity by hearing a unique lived experience of each one. The findings revealed the following five meanings of lived experiences: awareness my illness in the gaze of others; responsibility such as Hello; unawareness; thanks to else; and wait patiently. |
