| Abstract: | 大学院修士課程在学レベルの初学者に対する臨床心理スーパーヴィジョンに関して、いくつかの留意点を指摘し考察した。スーパーヴァイザーからの助言は、その実行が現実的に難しい場合があり得る。スーパーヴァイジーがクライエントの利益のためになしうることを、現実的に検討するという姿勢が重要であり、それを可能とするスーパーヴィジョン関係が必要である。スーパーヴァイザーの自己愛の問題が、スーパーヴィジョンのマイナス面の一因たり得る。 | | On the clinical psychology supervisions for the beginners at the graduate school MS degree courses, several points to be noted were pointed out and discussed. Advice from supervisor may be realistically difficult to practice. The attitude to consider realistically what supervisee can do for the benefit of the client is important and the supervision relationship that enables it is necessary. Supervisor's narcissism can contribute to the negative side of supervision. |
