| Abstract: | 本稿は、中級理解（運用）クラスにおいて、書評ゲーム「ビブリオバトル」をオンライン授業の中で実践した報告である。普段教室で行っている実践をオンライン上で行った結果および今後の課題について明らかにすることを目的としている。今期はオンライン授業でコミュニケーション機会が限られたため、学習者には通常の教室授業時よりさらに「相手の立場に立った発表」をするよう働きかけた。その結果、オンライン上ゆえの限界があるものの、学習者はそれぞれ工夫を凝らし相手の立場にたった発表を行うことができた。またこの活動を通じて日本語で本を読む楽しさを知り、聞き手との深い議論をすることができた。本実践の結果から、オンライン上であってもビブリオバトルは中級日本語学習者にとって総合的な日本語力訓練のための意義ある活動になることが示唆された。 | | This paper is reporting the practice of “Biblio-Battle” which is a social style of book reviewing in a Japanese intermediate class done online. This study aims to clarify 1) how online “Biblio-Battle” affects Japanese intermediate learners, and 2) what research task are necessary from now on concerning this practice. The way of communication in online classes was limited compared to normal face-to face class. Therefore, the lecturer encouraged each student to be aware of the audience when they make speeches online. As a result, students could make a creative and original presentation paying attention to the audience. Furthermore, both the speakers and audience discussed deeply about the book review through online presentation and they could learn the fun of reading Japanese books.
The study concludes that “Biblio-Battle” through online classes could be meaningful activities for Japanese intermediate learners from the view point of comprehensive Japanese language training. |
