| Abstract: | 本報告は北海道内，特に札幌近郊で社会的養護経験者のアフターケア等に関わる支援者が集って行われた社会的養護経験者のアフターケアの在り方を考えるワークショップについての実践報告である。施設職員や里親，支援機関職員，研究者等が参加し，「北海道・札幌で社会的養護経験者が暮らしていくために何が必要か？」というテーマに基づいたグループワークを行った。社会的養護経験者のアフターケアの在り方に関する制度整備が進む中で，支援者が親密なネットワークを構築し，必要な支援を提供していく機会となった。 | | This report discusses a workshop focusing on supporting children and youth who have experienced alternative care in Hokkaido. Participants included staff from children's homes, foster parents, childcare agency personnel, and researchers. The workshop focused on the theme 'What is necessary for the life of Hokkaido youth who leave alternative care?'. Through group work, attendees aimed to establish networks and provide support for children and youth transitioning from alternative care. |
